In this section, you can avail the following services:

Product Authorization Code (or Program Code) Request

Send in your request for the Authorization Code or Program Code, after you have installed the Product. You need to send in your request only if the Authorization Code or Program Code was not already printed on the Rear side of the CD-ROM jewel box.

If you are requesting the Authorization Codes for multiple SCADDS products, please send in your requests separately to enable faster processing.

The Authorization Code or Program Code will be sent to you by e-mail within 24 hours, after verification of the data submitted by you.

Trouble-shooting Services

Use this service to report problems related to installation & program configuration. All SCADDS products come with automatic installation & configuration features built-in. However, you can use this service in case of difficulty in using the installed SCADDS product.

If you are sending in your problem statement on multiple SCADDS products, please send the same separately to enable us to provide you with a solution much faster.

Solution to the problem will be sent to you by e-mail within 24 hours, after verification of the problem submitted by you.

You can also use this service to report errors/bugs in the program.
